Join me for this 7-Day Chakra BootCamp experience to immerse yourself in the energies of the Chakras. With a playful approach to healing, together, we will clear your energetic channel, allowing you to embody the different energies of trust, creativity, strength, love, truth, intuition and Divine connection.
This course is about re-aligning the energy centres throughout your body to heal on a deeper and more profound level. By the end of this Chakra BootCamp, you will have a myriad of tools and embodiment practices to support you in creating a state of balance and flow within your mind, body and Soul.

Course structure
Over the course of 7 days, we will journey through the 7 main Chakras, from Root to Crown, each day, embodying the essence of that Chakra. Through a range of embodiment practices, journal prompts and relevant knowledge, I will provide the space for you to discover each Chakra through your own experience and intuition.
Each Chakra comes with a 1-page PDF guide and a video to explain the contents of the PDF and how to get the most out of the embodiment practices. In addition, there is a library of tailored Guided Meditation & Visualisation Journeys to open your Chakras and connect in with their energies.
All resources (PDF's, recordings and meditations) will be available in the Chakra BootCamp curriculum in my Cosmic Academy.
